Starting July 13, 2020

We are happy to announce that we are e-filing subsequent filings ONLY in the following case types:

Criminal Misdemeanor

Criminal Felony

Juvenile Cases

 Expungements 

           Should you need assistance with the filing process our staff at the Circuit Clerks Office located

           on the fourth floor of the Sangamon County Courts Complex will be happy to assist you.
