If you attend a traffic school you will receive a Certificate of Completion
at the end of the course.

You have three choices of providing proof of attendance.

1.     You can mail the signed certificate to:

                                                                               200 South Ninth Street
                                                                               Springfield, IL 62701
 

2.     You can bring it to the Traffic Payment Windows on the First Floor of the
        Sangamon County Courts Complex.
 

3.     Submit it electronically

It is your responsibility to obtain the Certificate of Completion from the traffic school and send it to the court within the given deadline.
 

An Email Receipt of completion will be sent to you after your records have been reviewed.

Please fill in the required information and attach an image of your certificate.

The Circuit Clerk Lookup System may be
unavailable periodically for maintenance.

All fees collected by the Circuit Clerk are mandated by law.
